We do not currently collect financial, identity, or trust-related personal data, since no regulated services are yet live.

- To keep you informed about Legacy's launch and progress — lawful basis: your consent, given when you join the waitlist.
- To operate and improve our website — lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running a functioning, secure website.
Who we share it with
We share this with our email/waitlist platform and hosting provider (Netlify). We do not sell your data to any third party.
How long we keep your data
We retain waitlist data for as long as you remain on the waitlist, or until you ask us to delete it. If you would like to be removed from our waitlist, please email info@legacyireland.com.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@legacyireland.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).

We are currently assessing our data protection obligations, including whether a Data Protection Officer is required under GDPR Article 37. Any data protection query can be directed to info@legacyireland.com in the meantime. This section will be updated once that assessment is complete.
